Adeoye Bakare Bakare Partners Limited is a limited liability company of building services consulting engineers and project managers The firm was originally known as Bead Consultants which was formed in 1991 solely as a mechanical engineering consultancy company.
The firm was later transformed into Adeoye Bakare Partnership and presently Adeoye Bakare Partners Limited; a multi-disciplinary company consisting of Mechanical & Electrical Engineers. It is the belief of the firm that a high level of expertise and experience are required in the designs, specifications, installations, and management of engineering systems of commercial and industrial development which in the last few years have witnessed a progressive increase in their complexities and sizes.
The technicalities needed for cost-effective designs and installations procedures have necessitated increasing diversification and specialization. Thus, the company is quick to apply to new projects the experience gained over the years by the principals of the firm on many residential, commercial and industrial buildings in Lagos, Benin, Abuja etc.
The company Computer Aided Designs and Drafting (CADD) Softwares are used as design tools for all aspects of the company’s works

- Propose arrangements for design and installation of the intended engineering services.
- Prepare detail drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and other contract documents, obtain tenders, evaluate and recommend to clients the best offers.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the various sub-contractors, suppliers etc.
- Attend the monthly progress meeting with the other design teams, clients, and contractors.
- Witness commissioning of finished installations.
- Ensure contractors comply with the rectification of snag list
- Issue completion certification to contractors
- Finally arrange for handling over to client of all As-fitted drawings, operating manuals etc.
